The holiday house is located in Lower Austria, in a very quiet area, about 5 km from Scheiblingkirchen. Opposite is the organic farm of the landlords with sheep and chickens (fresh eggs available). Here you can get juices, jams, herbal teas, dried fruits, sometimes lamb meat, and fresh bread. Visit the Arche Noah show garden with rare fruit varieties. The path past the house leads through the villages and is rarely, only occasionally, used by cars.
DistancesNext town Scheiblingkirchen 5 km, inn Innerschildgraben 3 km, swimming pool Seebenstein 10 km, indoor pool and sauna in Scheiblingkirchen 5 km, tennis 5 km. In winter, the areas of St. Corona, Mariensee, or Mönichkirchen can be reached within 30 minutes by car. Hiking and biking trails start directly from the cabin!
EquippmentThe farmhouse from 1870 was lovingly, carefully and tastefully renovated. The house is very spacious and has many charming details that create a cozy living atmosphere. Ground floor: the old kitchen was modernized and now includes an electric stove, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle. Pizza- or bread oven, wood stove for cooking and baking, seating area. Bathroom with bathtub, WC, washing machine. A large parlor with seating and 2 couches. One triple bedroom. Upper floor: large attic space with plenty of room and light, with 2 pull-out couches when necessary (twin bedroom). One double bedroom (160 cm bed), one single bedroom, WC, and a bathroom with shower/WC. Wi-Fi is available. Central wood heating. Non-smoking house. In front of the house, there is a green area with a grill and deck chairs. Across in the barn, there is a covered seating area outside.
Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:Lump sum € 3,-/person/night (electricity, heating, internet), local tourism tax, cleaning € 70,-. Pet € 5,-/night. Bed linen/towels € 10,-/set rentable. Price valid for up to 6 people, extra bed € 15,-/night.
