Our luxurious cabin village was built on an area of 24.000 m². All in all there are seven cottages for up tp 24 persons (SEP-STM), six cottages for up to 12 persons (SPA-STM) and one apartment for 10 persons located at the upper floor of the purveyor cabin. On the ground floor of the purveyor cabin is a shop (open at the peak sesons) providing bevereages, pastries, pizzas, food and cigarettes. Wireless LAN. Bread roll service! The cabin village is located in a very sunny and calm region, with a wonderful view over the surrounding mountains and the Enns-Valley. The cottages are perfect for self-catering groups, friends or families. The luxurious, comfortable ambience of our cabins guarantees a recreative as well as an unforgettable holiday.
DistancesThe cabins are located amidst the family-friendly skiing- and hiking area Galsterberg overlooking the village of Pruggern (Pruggern in 5 km). Pruggern is situated in the Enns Valley, appr. 14 km from Schladming and just 100 km from the festival city of Salzburg. The skiing area Galsterberg offers 20 km of broad, well groomed pistes, is part of the ski paradise Schladming-Dachstein with 86 cable cars and lifts and 152 km of groomed pistes and belongs to the ski amadé (one ski pass for more than 760 km of pistes and 270 cable cars and lifts). Access to the skiing paradise Schladming-Dachstein at Haus im Ennstal in 10 km. The 5 km long lighted natural sledding run (one of the longest in Austria) pass the cabins. Ski school 300 m valley down at the bottom station within easy reach on skis. It is also possible to go cross-country skiing, to make a hike on snow shoes and horse-drawn sledge runs. Bavarian curling in winter. Horse stable and tennis in the village. Next to the playground in front of the sun terrace of the purveyor cabin there is a new, 250 m² big lake for swimming and paddling. Furthermore there is a swimming lake in 10 km, golf course in 15 km or rafting in 15 km of distance! High-rope course with team-parcours 13 km. Biking path of the Alpentour Steiermark close-by! Magnificent hiking paths to farmed huts starting directly in front of the cottages! Charging station for your electric car (22kw, type 2) on site!
EquippmentYou live on the upper floor of the purveyor cabin. The shop on the ground floor, where you can buy fresh bread, drinks, farm products, cigarettes and other products, has only opened in the peak season (opening hours: 8:00-10:00 and 16:30-18:00). The remaining time your completely alone at the house. Equipment: 3 bedrooms for 2-4 persons each, equipped with 1 double bed and an extendable sofa (160x200cm). 1 bathroom with shower/toilet. Spacious living room with comfortable sofa and satellite TV. Wi-Fi. Dining table. Kitchenette with electric cooker, oven, fridge with small freezing compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. Beer dispenser (for those beer barrels that are available on site. High chair and cot are on request. Please don´t smoke in the apartment. The apartment has an outdoor seating area with barbecue - next to the pond. Heated ski boot dryer is available.
Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:Local tourism tax € 2,50 + operating costs currently € 1,-/person/night, final cleaning € 120,-. Deposit € 400,-. Bed linen can be rented for € € 8,-/set, towels for € 4,-/set.

The Galsterberg at a glance
5 cable cars and ski lifts, about 50 new parking spaces very close to the valley station of the cable car, 60 snow-covering machines help to improve the snow conditions.
The regions biggest wonderland for children: people skiing through the Gallic wonderland will be surprised - Gauls, Romans and animals move around there. They talk, bark and grunt. Children can experience unforgettable adventures:
- indoor-playing ground at the Romans tower
- huge snow figure
The Glasterberg in Pruggern is a small but nice skiing area with a lot of opportunities. Novices in skiing are happy about the easy and flat slopes, while passionate skiers can enjoy the fore-col-piste on an altitude of 1,200m, which counts to one of the most beautiful slopes in the whole region. The skiing region Galsterbergalm offers 20km bride and well prepared slopes and is part of the skiing region Dachstein-Tauern with 86 cable cars and ski lifts and 152km prepared slopes. It is also a member of ski amadé (just one ski pass for more than 760km slopes and 270 cable cars and ski lifts).
