The fenced hut is in an absolutely secluded location, in wonderful peace. Surrounded only by cows and sometimes horses, in the middle of the Nockberge Biosphere Park or in the alpine pasture area of Falkert am See. Access with your own car via the well-developed road to Falkert am See, hike to the hut 2km (approx. 30min) through cow pastures. Luggage transport on arrival and departure by the landlord.
DistancesThe next village is Falkertsee in 2km - a fishing paradies for in summer! Shopping possibilities in "Patergasse" and "Ebene Reichenau" in 9km, thermal spa Bad Kleinkirchheim in 16km. Millstätter See 25km away. Numerous hiking paths starting from the hut. The "Turracher Höhe" is 22km away and the Millstätter Lake is reachable in 25km. Hiking trails starting in front of the cottage.
EquippmentThe non-smoking cottage has on the ground floor: snuggery with lounge, kitchenette with wood stove, oven, gas stove. 1 twin room. 1 toilet. Upper floor: 1 twin room, 1 four-bed room with double bed and an extendable sofa if needed. Basement floor: shower, solar-fridge, solar electricity 220 volt. Heating with wood stove. In front of the cottage are seats and a barbecue. A lot of meadow, a well and a small playground with a wonderful view!
Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:Lump sum (for water, wood and gas) € 15,-/week. Local tourism tax currently € 2,00/person/night, bed linen € 10,- and towels € 7,- can be rented. Pet € 35,-/week. Final cleaning € 70,- (or final cleaning by the guests themselves, then € 10,-).

Unser Aufenthalt in der Hütte war fantastisch! Die Alleinlage ist unfassbar angenehm. Die Ruhe die man erleben darf ist atemberaubend. Ebenso der Blick auf die Sterne, wenn es wolkenlos ist. Die Hütte ist super ausgestattet und top in Schuß! Die Besitzer sind äußerst freundlich und der Transport des Gepäcks zur und von der Hütte funktioniert reibungslos. Wenn zwischendurch Fragen auftauchen ist das Antwortverhalten der Besitzer top. Innerhalb von Minuten bekommt man Bescheid. Von der Hütte weg gibt es schöne Wanderwede bzw auch Mountainbikewege. Die Ruhe im freien zu genießen ist super erholsam. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in dieser Hütte bei diesen netten Besitzern nur empfehlen!
Am meisten hat uns die ruhige und einsame Lage gefallen.
Die Einrichtung ist trotz der der Lage völlig ausreichend.
In der Hütte ist auch ausreichend Platz.
