Regardless of whether you are looking for adventure or tranquility, the traditional Hochkönig region around the villages of Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach offers around 340 kilometers of certified hiking trails and countless kilometers of e-bike or mountain bike routes. The farmhouse is about 4km outside of the village, on a slope, next to a farm, otherwise single, very sunny and quiet!

Attic floor: 2 double rooms, 1 single room, shower/toilet. Sauna with shower at the basement floor! Heating with tiled stove, central heating with wood, satellite TV. Furthermore, washing machine, dryer. Wi-Fi € 10,-/stay. In front of the house are seats, a well, a gas barbecue, below the house is a small fish pond. This house is equipped for 22 persons. If you book till 25 persons there is an apartment for up to 3 persons on the attic floor with a small parlor with kitchenette, satellite TV and sofa (for 1 person), 1 double room, shower/toilet included. At an occupancy rate until 13 people, the first floor is closed.
