This chalet is situated in the middle of a meadow with a perfect view over Kolbnitz and the valley. At the foot of the Danielberg.
DistancesKolbnitz with shops, tennis, ice skating rink, swimming pool, horse stables, cross-country trails, T-bar lift within 2 km. There is a cable railway (Kreuzeck Railway) traveling over the Schoberboden mountain (2.237m above see level) and leading to the mountain station, which is a great starting point for hiking tours to lakes, alpine mountain cabins offering refreshments and food and meadows with great view of the surrounding scenery. Großglockner-Mölltal-cycling trail passes closeby. Starting point for rafting tours on the river Möll nearby. Enjoy the Mölltal glacier ski fun from October until May in 25 km. Shuttlebus service to the glacier in Kolbnitz. Millst-ttersee in 19km.
EquippmentGround floor: Kitchen with dining table, electric cooker, wood stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, water boiler, toaster. Living room with lounge, satellite TV, radio, 1 double room, bathroom with bath tub and shower, toilet. Upper floor: 2 double rooms, 1 single room, toilet. Central heating. In front of the house are seats, a barbecue and sunbeds.
Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:Electricity € 0,44/kWh, local tourism tax currently € 1,70/person/night, final cleaning € 50,-, waste disposal € 20,-, bed linen can be rented for € 10,-/person, pet € 20,-/week. Heating in winter is included in the price. If needed: heating in the green marked price period will cost € 10,-/night.

Snow competence until an altitude of 3,000m with sun- and low price guarantee is offered.
The Mölltaler glacier and the Ankogel are the highest mountains in Carinthia where snow is more or less assured.
There are 9 ski lifts and 53km best prepared slopes.
The panoramic view onto about 30 mountains over 3,000m (Hohe Tauern) is very unique in Austria. Carinthia’s only “glacier skiing area” which is also known under the name "Mölli", opens at the end of September.
