The holiday house is slightly located on a hillside, very sunny and calm, at the end of the town St. Peter am Kammersberg.

EquippmentThe holiday house was newly renovated, you live on one floor with 2 double rooms, fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave. Shower/toilet, washing machine. Spacious living room with dining table, woodburning stove, seating area (folding), satellite TV. WiFi. Winter garden with wonderful view into the garden with seating corner and barbecue. The entrance area of the house borders the house of the owners.
Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:Local tourism tax currently € 1,50/person/night, electricity € 0,30/kWh, final cleaning € 50,-, waste disposal € 20,-/week, lump-sum for wood € 25,-/week, bed linen can be rented for € 10,-/set and towels for € 5,-/set.

The Lachtal!
It is one of the biggest, most popular skiing areas in Styria where also snow is mostly assured. Skiing on an altitude between 1,600m and 2,222m, 40km slopes at all levels of difficulty (blue-red-black) and 10km skiing routes are available. It is a 150 ha sunny skiing area with 2 modern "6er chairlifts" and 8 ski lifts. The offer at the "Kinder-Lachtal" is presentable and perfect for children and novices in skiing. A "magic carpet" (that´s a kind of conveyor belt), a Teddy-ski tow, mini slalom, coloured figure parcours, wave course, treasure hunt and a lot more services are offered.

The Murau-Murtal region offers swimming, hiking, cycling and much more in summer. Explore some of our wonderful hiking trails or spend a day bathing with your family in one of our numerous bathing lakes or outdoor pools!

Het is een heel fijn huis, alles is aanwezig (alleen geen schaar kunnen vinden). Wat wij fijn vonden is dat er een afgesloten tuin bij zit zodat onze hond niet kon weglopen. Je kunt in de zon zitten, maar ook schaduw opzoeken. Het enige min puntje is het bed van de master bedroom. Deze vonden wij niet goed en het bed is heel erg laag.
Heerlijke woning van alle gemakken voorzien. De tuin is geheel omheind dus ideaal voor wanneer je met een hond op vakantie gaat. De verhuurder woont ernaast maar daar merk je niets van. De woning is heerlijk koel. Kortom een heerlijke woning voor een relaxte vakantie.
Sehr schöne Haus mit Garten, gut für Herrchen und Hunden.
Schönes, gepflegtes und sauberes Haus mit kleinem eingezäunten Garten. Sehr ruhige Lage. Die Eigentümer wohnen angrenzend,sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Zeer leuk huisje. Alles aanwezig om een ontspannen vakantie te hebben. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars. Laatste huis in doodlopende straat met mooi uitzicht (want straat loopt naar boven – dus wel een klimmetje). Aanduiding max 6 personen is misschien wel een beetje nipt. Er zijn 2 (kleine) slaapkamers met dubbel bed. In de veranda staat nog een extra vouwbed – maar met 6 is het huisje dan wel heel goed gevuld. Voor 2 à 4 personen is er ruim voldoende leefruimte. Wij (2 volwassenen) en onze twee hondjes hebben ervan genoten.
Nogmaals bedankt voor het fijne - goed verzorgde huisje. Dikke knuffel voor jullie hondje. Hopelijk hebben jullie gen schade gehad van de onweren en modderstromen. Anja, Hicham en de twee Spaanse hondjes Pela en Sol.
Das Haus ist einfach perfekt! Lage und Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen!
Also wenn wir im Text nicht gelesen hätten, dass nebenan das Vermieterehepaar wohnt hätten wir die beiden nie bemerkt :-)
Auf der Terrasse ist man total ungestört (da die Terrasse von Familie Moisi ein Stück dahinter ist). Das Grundstück ist durch einen Zaun gut getrennt, dass sich auch unser Hund frei bewegen konnte. Im Haus fehlt es einem an nichts. Total super ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung und die vielen Tipps rund um die Gegend!
Das Haus hat alles, was notwendig ist.
