The romantic holiday resort of Dienten is located in the center of the Hochkönig ski region and is also the starting point for numerous ski tours, snowshoe hikes and cross-country skiing tours. Regardless of whether you are looking for adventure or tranquility, the traditional Hochkönig region around the villages of Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach offers around 340 kilometers of certified hiking trails and countless kilometers of e-bike or mountain bike routes. The farmhouse is about 4km outside of the village, on a slope, next to a farm, otherwise single, very sunny and quiet!

EquippmentThe house has lots of space. Ground floor: kitchen with lounge, satellite TV, electric cooker, wood stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, larder. Traditional snuggery with seats and tiled stove, satellite TV. 1 four-bed room (double bed, sofa), 2 toilets, 1 shower/toilet. Upper floor: 3 double rooms with washbasin (1 x with shower), 1 three-bed room (double bed, sofa), 2 showers/toilet, 1 toilet extra. 1 four-bed room. Attic floor: 2 double rooms, 1 single room, shower/toilet. Sauna with shower at the basement floor! Heating with tiled stove, central heating with wood, satellite TV. Furthermore, washing machine, dryer. Wi-Fi € 10,-/stay. In front of the house are seats, a well, a gas barbecue, below the house is a small fish pond. This house is equipped for 22 persons. If you book till 25 persons there is an apartment for up to 3 persons on the attic floor with a small parlor with kitchenette, satellite TV and sofa (for 1 person), 1 double room, shower/toilet included. At an occupancy rate until 13 people, the first floor is closed.
Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:Firewood depends on the consumption € 100,-/cubic meter, electricity € 0,40/kWh, service fee incl. local tourism tax currently € 5,40 /person/night and € 1,70 /children / night , sauna € 20,-/week, dog € 20,€/week, bed linen can be rented for € 20,- and towels for € 5,-, deposit € 200,€. Fishing: € 10,-/fish.

Wir haben das gesamte Haus mit 25 Personen belegt. Die gesamte Abwicklung war problemlos. Der Hausherr Hans ein netter Kerl und immer besorgt um das Wohlergehen der Gäste. Es ist Platz genug für alle gewesen. Die Kinder haben viele Möglichkeiten zum Spielen. Zum Wandern z.T. direkt vom Haus weg war es einfach wunderbar! Wir kommen wieder!
Supergut ausgestattetes Selbstversorgerhaus in rustikalem, gemütlichen Ambiente. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberfamilie. Im Haus gibt es viele Gelegenheiten um sich in kleiner Runde oder in der großen Gruppe zusammen zu setzen, Karten zu spielen, gemeinsam zu essen, zu erzählen, zu tanzen usw. Nicht direkt an der Strasse gelegen, deswegen auch für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet. Direkte Spaziergänge und Wanderungen ab Haus möglich, ansonsten guter Ausgangspunkt für kleine und größere Ausflüge mit dem Auto zu anderen Zielen.
Wunderschöne alte Dielen und ein gemütlicher Ofen in der großen Stube. Es gibt eine große Terrasse, die den ganzen Tag Sonne und einen herrlichen Ausblick hat. Große Küche, zwei Kühlschränke in der separaten Kammer mit genug Stauraum, eine Saune im Keller, viele Bäder.... Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und es gibt bei ihm Biofleisch vom Hof zu kaufen. Absolut empfehlenswert.
Altes Bauernhaus mit Atmosphäre, tolle, ruhige Lage mit wunderschönem Panorama. Einfache Ausstattung, allerdings sauber und ordentlich. Ausstattung, Küche usw. sehr gut, angemessener Preis.
