The alpine cabin is located in a very secluded area, submontane the Gritschen-mountain, on a sunny high plateau, with a wonderful view onto the nearby mountain Grimming and onto the upper Enns-valley.

Distances

Town Niederöblarn 2,5 km, skiing area Galsterberg 19 km. The cottage is located in a perfect position: the linked skiing areas Hauser Kaibling, Planai and Hochwurzen are only 25 km from here. You can reach them via an asphaltic and snow cleared road by car in about 20 minutes. Tauplitz 17 km. Grimming Spa Bad Mitterndorf 23 km. Golf 8 km. Putterer lake 12 km. Right on the doorstep: wonderful hiking trails and cycle paths.

Equippment

In this cottage you have everything one one level. There is only one floor. Here your find a comfortable living room with a big seating corner, a perfect equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, wood stove, fridge, coffee machine, water boiler, microwave, toaster and a small house bar. 1 double room and 2 three-bed rooms. 1 shower, 1 toilet. Satellite TV in every bed room, WIFI available. Heating with wood stove, floor heating. Private sauna at the annex next door. In front of the cottage is a sun terrace with seats, a barbecue, a small playground and a big meadow.

Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:

Electricity € 0,50/kwh, local tourism tax currently € 2,50/person/night, lump sum for wood € 30,-, final cleaning € 80,-, bed linen can be rented for € 10,-/set and towels for € 5,-/set, deposit € 300,-

The Schladming 4 mountains linked ski area connects the 4 highest Styrian mountains for skiing - Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm. 123km slopes and 44 modern cable cars and ski lifts - non-stop! This is very unique, not just at ski amadé, but also in whole Austria.
The Dachstein-glacier and the smaller mountains, like the "Schneebärenland", as well as the family-skiing regions Stoderzinken and Galsterberg are part of the great offer of ski amadé, which is one of the most diversified winter sport areas in Europe. 760km slopes, 356 best prepared slopes and 270 comfortable ski lifts are provided - you need just one ski ticket!

Regardless of whether you are looking for adventure or tranquility, the Schladming-Dachstein region is there for everyone. With around 1,000 kilometers of hiking trails, 1,000 kilometers of mountain bike routes and 22 climbing routes, the ways to experience our nature are just as varied as the region itself. And the cuisine is also of the highest quality with us: over 50 cultivated alpine pastures are open all summer here for you.

Absolute Empfehlung! Sehr liebevolle und neuwertig umgebaute Hütte in absoluter Alleinlage. Direkt von der Hütte aus starten tolle Wanderungen und Spaziergänge, zum Skigebiet wird ein Auto benötigt. Wir haben vor allem die Ruhe durch die Lage und die gigantische Aussicht sehr genossen. Familie Schwab hat auf viele Details geachtet und unseren Aufenthalt durch einen tollen und sehr herzlichen Service optimal abgerundet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Liebevoll und frisch sanierte Hütte in Alleinlage. Optimal für 6 Personen. Zwar nicht direkt im Skigebiet, aber mit Auto sind die umliegenden Skigebiete (z.B. Hochwurzen, Tauplitz) schnell zu erreichen. Unmittelbare Umgebung lädt zu Wanderungen und Spaziergängen ein.

Super Betreuung durch die Familie Schwab. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder!
