Ideally located for ski touring and snowshoeing, as well as hiking, climbing or mountain biking. In summer the cable car at Gosausee (in 2km) to Dachstein-West is opened.

The completely renovated cottage offers a comfortable atmosphere. Ground floor: big snuggery with dining table, a lounge next to the chimney, a sofa and satellite TV. Kitchen with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso and filter coffe machine and a water boiler. Bathroom with bath tub, rain shower and toilet. Storeroom for foods. Anteroom with boot dryer and infrared/steam cabin. Upper floor: 3 double rooms, shower/toilet, 1 washroom. An environmentally friendly, automatically controlled heating system ensures a pleasant warmth. In front of the cottage is a furnished terrace with charcoal grill and a big garden on which a forest and a creek are border on. Bed linen are available. In front of the hut is a large garden, there is a patio with a garden furniture and a barbecue grill. Smoking inside the cottage is not allowed. Bed linen and dish towels are included in the price.
