In 2020 the cozy resort „Almresort Sommerschnee“ with five cottages made of solid wood was built directly in the family-friendly skiing and hiking area Galsterberg. The cottages are located on a high plateau at the top station of the gondola, directly at the piste and sledding run, opposite of the children’s area and the ski school. Winter: The huts are easily accessible via the gondola (also with toddlers, sledges or pushchairs), your car remains at the car park at the bottom station. Summer: You can drive directly to the cottage on the 5 km long mountain road, which is used for the sledding run during wintertime.

The cabins are centrally located in the family friendly-skiing and hiking area Galsterberg overlooking the village of Pruggern (Pruggern in 10 km) in the Enns Valley. The skiing area Galsterberg is part of Ski Amadé, access to the skiing paradise Schladming-Dachstein from the bottom station Pruggern in 9 km. The 5 km long sledding run starts directly in front of the cottages. The gondola runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. in the wintertime, and from the end of December until March from 7:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The five cottages are built in a modern style. Ground floor: Two double rooms with shower/toilet, one twin room with bunk bed, as well as the pine sauna. Upper floor: One double room with shower/toilet. You can enjoy the view of the landscape through the large panoramic windows in the spacious attic. There’s a snuggery with seating corner near the wood stove, a kitchenette with a bar, equipped with electric cooker, oven, fridge with small freezing compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine.
