    The chalet is located above Werfenweng, with a magnificent view to Hockönig, Grossglockner and the Salzach Valley, quiet secluded location.

    About 50m above the cottage ends the path at a "snack station". The Werfenweng ski resort with 25km of slopes in 5km. Pfarrwerfen 8km. Theme park with its idyllic natural lake, water slide and Seestüberl 5km. The well-known ice cave is in only 10km distance. Werfenweng is ideally situated in the middle of Salzburg, only 45km from the city of Mozart, and offers 85 km of hiking trails, managed guesthouses and is also ideal for mountain bikers! During summer you may glide with the Icarus-gondola above 1,850 m sea level! Hiking trails and toboggan run (winter) from the chalet!

    The chalet originally built in 1568 has on the ground floor: living room with lounge, wood stove and kitchenette with electric cooker, oven, fridge, coffee machine. 1 three-bed room, shower/toilet and staircase into the garden, where you can enjoy the hotpot! Upper floor: small parlor with satellite TV, toilet, 1 three-bed room, entry to the twin room. Heating with wood and electrically. You may use the washing machine at the snack-bar (for a fee). In front of the hut are a garden with seats and a barbecue! Enjoy the magnificent view while relaxing in the hotpot! The Owner will fire it for you for a fee.
