    The cottage is located in a very secluded and sunny area, about 4km from Reichraming. The intact nature at the national park "Kalkalpen" offers a perfect location for families, hikers and bikers!

    The next town, Reichraming, is reachable in 4km distance, here are shops, a bakery, a tavern, a swimming bath, a tennis court and a riding stable. This region offers a lot of culture and sights. Reichraming-river with drinking water Quality! Rental of paddleboats and rowboats at the town. Fly-fishing, guided mountain hikes, fixed rope route (2km).

    Ground floor: snuggery with lounge and wood stove with oven. Living room with sofa, tiled stove, television, radio/CD player. 1 double room, shower/toilet. Big habitable room with seats and an out-of-doors exit. Upper floor: 2 double rooms, dormitory. Solar electricity, heating via bath boiler, tiled stove. Chilly cellar to store foodstuffs and beverages. In front of the cottage are seats, a fireplace and a small pond (about 4m x 4m).
