    The cabin is located amidst the picturesque "Heutal", in a calm and sunny area! The Heutal a very famous area for people who like ski touring, for hikers and for bikers.

    The family skiing region "Heutal", which is reachable by car, has 4 drag lifts, 12 km slopes and a ski school in 1,5km distance. The skiing region "Loferer Alm" (46 km slopes) is reachable in 14 km, and the skiing region "Steinplatte" (32 km slopes) in 17 km from here. If you want to go shopping, Unken is just 5 km from here. A tavern is reachable in 1 km distance, a toboggan run in 500m, wide cross-country ski runs start directly at the hut, and numerous hiking and cycling tracks to couloirs or caves also start directly at the hut! The spa "Bad Reichenhall" is just 16 km from here and a mountain bike rental about 5 km. The location of the cabin is a perfect initial point for trips to Salzburg, Tyrol or Bavaria!

    Ground floor: kitchen with electric cooker, oven, wood stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine. Snuggery with lounge next to the stove, satellite TV. Bathroom with shower, toilet and floor heating. Upper floor: the staircase leads into a big four-bed room (double bed and bunk bed), 2 double rooms, 1 toilet. Chilly cellar to store foodstuffs and drinks, bicycle storage room available. Heating with wood stove and electrically. In front of the hut are seats and a barbecue. We ask you to do not smoke inside the cottage!
