    Local tax currently € 2.50/person/night, electricity € 0.50/kWh, wood flat rate € 30/week, heating costs €50/week in winter. Final cleaning €50, pet €30/stay. Bed linen € 7,-/set, towels € 3,- can be rented.

    The holiday home is located on the edge of the forest, about 2 km from Rettenegg in a wonderful, absolutely quiet, secluded location. The holiday home covers an area of almost 1.5 hectares. About 1000 m² around the house are completely fenced. Next to the house is a beautifully preserved empty stable building.

    Rettenegg with inns, indoor pool (summer only), supermarket, shops 2km. Bathing pond 2km. Ski areas Stuhleck or Semmering each 20km. Sankt Kathrein am Hauenstein 15 minutes travel time. In winter, the house is an ideal starting point for tours on Stuhleck, Pretul or Hochwechsel. In summer long hikes and excursions through the Joglland to Hochwechsel, Stuhleck, Pretul or directly to the village of Rettenegg from the house. The area offers many mountainbike trails.

    The house was renovated in 2021 and has on the ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, wood stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and dining table. Conservatory with seating area, TV room with couch (additional bed for 2 people if required) and satellite TV. High chair available. bathroom with shower, toilet. 1 double room. Upper floor: 1 double room with washbasin, 1 double room with shower, washbasin. Basement: Sauna with YOU. The house has 3 terraces for sitting and grilling. Oil central heating.
