    Zonnig en rustig, heerlijke natuur, midden in het skigebied, 10km boven Lienz! In de zomer toegang met de auto, maar in de winter moet u uw auto parkeren op de parkeerplaats ongeveer 600 meter van de hut. De eigenaar brengt u naar de hut, of u gaat met de liften, afdaling naar chalet (ongeveer 10 min.). Jagen op aanvraag mogelijk.

    Skipiste en rodelmogelijkheid op slechts 100m; skischool, curling 1,5km; Restaurant 300m, boodschappen, gastronomie in het dorp (10km). Wandelroutes direct vanaf het chalet, zwembad, fietsverhuur 11 km. Zomer skiën op de Mölltaler gletsjer!

    Equippment

    U woont op de begane grond die met veel hout rustiek en comfortabel ingericht is. Grote woonkamer met open haard, kookhoek met elektrisch fornuis (2 platen), koelkast, magnetron, mini-oven, koffiezetapparaat. Radio, televisie, draadloze LAN (tegen betaling) beschikbaar. Een kamer met hemelbed, een kamer met 2 etagebedden, eigen sauna! Centrale verwarming met open haard. De bovenste verdieping wordt niet verhuurd en is prive. Voor het chalet weiden, overdekte zitruimte, ligstoelen, barbecue. Staanplaats voor rijpaard bij het chalet. Beddengoed, handdoeken zelf meebrengen.

    Toeristenbelasting op dit moment € 2,60/persoon /nacht, reiniging € 65,-. huisdier € 35,-. Winter: desgewenst transport van uw bagage volgens hoeveelheid (€ 20,-/trip).

    The skiing area offers 43km slopes until an altitude of 2,278m, numerous cross-country courses, fun park, toboggan run, ice-skating area. An area where snow is more or less assured because of snow-covering machines! There are also a lot of hiking- and cycling paths that lead to farmed mountain huts.

    Every few kilometers, small valleys open up, 266 three-thousand-meter peaks tower into the sky, and historic mountain villages attract with exciting, cultural and gastronomic encounters.
    East Tyrol stands for real, unadulterated nature holidays. Holidays in East Tyrol are varied and surprising. No matter whether for hikers, mountaineers and climbers, as well as for cyclists, mountain bikers and water sports enthusiasts - boredom is certainly not an option.
