DistancesThe Klippitztörl is just under an hour´s drive from Graz or Klagenfurt. In winter, the family ski area offers 6 lifts, a ski school and a few rustic huts to stop off at. It is only 250m from the hut to the slope. In summer, this is the ideal starting point for hikes through the forests rich in mushrooms and berries. The ascent to the Geierkogel, Hohenwart or Zirbitzkogel (2100 to 2400m) is an experience that lets you forget the stress of everyday life. Summer toboggan run at the Hohenwart chairlift 700m away, adventure climbing garden and kiddy park 1km away. Bad Sankt Leonhard 14 km, city of Wolfsberg 20 km.
EquippmentYou live in the front part of one of a total of 3 semi-detached houses. Here you are completely separated spatially and have your own entrance. Ground floor: living room with wood stove and kitchen corner with electric stove (2 plates), wood stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave. 1 shower, 1 toilet. First floor: 2 triple rooms. (1x 3 beds, 1x double bed + single bed). wood central heating. Radio, satellite TV available. In 20m opposite there is a central sauna hut for shared use. There is also a separate storage room for skis, toboggans, etc. In front of the house there is a garden with a terrace, barbecue and seating area.
Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:Local tax currently € 2,-/person/night, pet € 10/night. Bed linen/towels can be rented for €10/set.

The traffic-wise perfectly located skiing area Klippitzörl (just 10 minutes from the motorway exit Bad St. Leonhard) is a real highlight at the Lavanttal. The skiing area reaches an altitude of 1,818m. There are 28km prepared slopes at all levels of difficulty. New, environmentally friendly snow-covering machines make this skiing region to an area where snow is assured. Ski school, ski rental, child care, floodlight lifts, illuminated natural toboggan run, ice-skating area and cross-country ski runs are available. In summer you can hike into the sleepy Lavanttal and onto the Saualpe or you can discover the Klippitzörl.
The farmed huts located at this wonderful alpine landscape will look after your physical well-being.
