The cottage is located 3.5km above the town "Schwarzenbach im Pielachtal", on a 850m2 big estate which borders on a small stream.
DistancesSchwarzenbach 3.5km, summer toboggan run and natural swimming lake Türnitz in 13km, Eibeckalm 6km (alp), Geißenbergalm 3km (alp), the town Frankenfels in 13km, outdoor swimming pool 12km. Hiking- and biking trails start directly in front of the cottage!
EquippmentGround floor: living room with seating corner, kitchenette with electric cooker, overn, wood stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, open fire, radio. Bathroom/toilet. Staircase to the attic floor. Here is a double bed and a single bed/satellite TV and a pathway to the double room. Heating with wood stove. Non-smoking cottage. In front of the cottage are seats, a barbecue, a small pond and a small stream. Garage is available.
Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:Electricity € 0,60/kwh, local tourism tax currently € 1,10/person/night, final cleaning € 30,-, wood € 15,-/week, pet € 20,-/stay. Bed linen can be rented for € 7,-/set and towels for € 3,-/set.

Schwarzenbach, the quiet village at the origin of the Pielach (river), offers genuine relaxation in the idyllic "Dirndl Valley". The most densely wooded community on the "Mariazellerbahn" invites you to go hiking in the upper Pielach Valley. The "dry cave", the "Stuppachebenmühle" and the "little wooden church" on the classic pilgrimage route via Annaberg to Mariazell are known to many vacationers even beyond the national borders. Another popular hiking destination is the Eisenstein.

Gartengarnitur,samt Polster könnten erneuert werden. Naturpool mit Quellwasser super, müsste aber auch mal gereinigt werden.
Wunderschön und erholsam..total gemütlich,urig und top Betreuung..Würde sofort für eine Auszeit wiederkommen
Sehr entgegenkommende unterstützende Vermieterin. Die Natur Pflanzen um die Hütte und das Frühstück im Freien waren herrlich. Die Bewohner herum sehr aufnehmend einladend.
Sind superzufrieden und sehr erholt. Genau wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben !!!! Wundervoll!!
