DistancesSummer- and winter sports center Dienten with ski lifts, a ski school, a toboggan run, a cross-country ski run, a supermarket and a bakery is reachable in 6km. The tavern "Fischerstüberl" in 3km. A swimming lake and the thermal spring region Gastein are just 15km from here.
EquippmentThe cottage has a living room with wood stove, oven, electric cooker (2 plates), fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. 1 double room with additional bed. 1 toilet, 1 shower. 1 small four-bed room with bunk beds. Heating with wood stove and, if necessary, with electric furnace. In front of the cottage is a garden with seats and a barbecue.
Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:Local tourism tax currently € 2,-/person/night, electricity € 0,25/kWh, wood € 25,-/m³, pet € 20,-/week, final cleaning € 40,-. Bed linen and towels can be rented for € 10,-/set.

160km best prepared slopes and 48 ski lifts! The skiing region Hochkönig is part of ski amadé! Ski amadé is the biggest skiing area (760km slopes) and combines the two federal states Salzburg and Styria.

Experience unforgettable skiing days with white powder snow under the wonderful winter sun and enjoy the smell of the Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake-style mixture combined with sugar and dried fruit) which the restaurant owner freshly baked.

Nette, gut ausgestattete Hütte im Tal am Rand von Dienten, nahe an der Durchzugsstraße und einem Sägewerk. Sie Straße hört man schon, allerdings nicht wirklich störend (am Abend wird es kühl, wir hatten die Fenster geschlossen). Schöner Garten, gemütliche Stube, nettes Schlafzimmer (Doppelzimmer). Die Sanitäranlagen sind auch in Ordnung. Vermisst haben wir einen Schrank, in dem wir unsere Sachen hätten aufhängen können. Es gibt zwar einen Schrank, der war aber mit allem Möglichem angeräumt. Auf dem Holzofen kann man gut kochen und mit ihm auch einheizen. Die E-Kochplatte kann man eigentlich nur auf den Holzofen stellen, wenn er nicht benützt wird, wir haben sonst keine geeignete Fläche gefunden. Der wirkliche Hammer sind die wunderbare Umgebung (Hochkönig) und das supertolle Wandergebiet! Unzählige bewirtschaftete Almen und Wanderungen laden ein, auch für Mountainbiker ein Traumgebiet! Die Vermieter sind freundlich, allerdings haben wir alles nur telefonisch und kontaktlos abgewickelt (was auch in unserem Interesse war).
