Location

On a sunny high plateau, with a wonderful view towards the Hochkönig. There are meadows around the house, opposite is the landlords organic farm. The Tennengebirge and the Fritztaler Berge with their panoramic Hochgründeck (1,827 m) give the place its imposing frame of rugged peaks and gentle alpine meadows.

Next place Hüttau 4 km or St. Martin in the Tennengebirge with shops, tennis, swimming lake and restaurants 9 km. Next inn 2 km, tennis 2 km, riding 5 km, golf course 15 km. Many hiking and biking trails directly from the house. The house is simply ideally located for the nearest ski areas: Skischaukel Flachau-Wagrain-St. Johann Alpendorf (ski amade with 120 kilometers of slopes and 45 modern cable cars) 14 km. Dachstein-West ski area 16 km. Werfenweng ski region 16 km. Amadé thermal baths 9 km.

Ground floor: cozy farmhouse parlor with seating area and tiled stove, kitchen area with electric stove, wood stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave. Bath / WC. 1 bedroom. Upper floor: 4 double rooms. SAT-TV, washing machine, WiFi available. Wood central heating. In front of the house there is a lot of lawn, garden, seating area, grill.

The biggest skiing area in Austria: the ski alliance ski amadé! 1 ski pass for 5 regions (Salzburger Sportwelt, Schladming - Dachstein Tauern, Gastein, Hochkönigs Winterreich, Großarltal), 25 famous ski resorts, 760km slopes and 270 ski lifts. Altough it is an area where snow is more or less assured, there are also snow covering machines. Also ideal for cross-country skiers.
By the way: cost-free ski bus service, ski- and snowboard schools, child care, toboggan run, ice-skating place, horse-drawn sleigh ride, hiking trails and excellent gastronomy.
Summer activities: Tauern-golf course in Radstadt, swimming baths, tennis courts, mountain bike routes or several marked hiking trails.

Eine schöne alte rustikale Hütte in schöner Umgebung mit tollem Ausblick. Die Hütte hat alles, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Backofen, Toaster, TV, u.v.m. Wir waren mit 6 Personen und einem kleinen Dackel vor Ort, wir haben 4 Schlafzimmer belegt und so war auch genügend Platz in der Hütte, ohne dass man sich auf den Füßen gestanden hat. Sollte mal etwas fehlen, wird es sofort vom Vermieter und seiner Frau besorgt. Beide sind wirklich mehr als freundlich, hilfsbereit und einfach super nett!!! Wir haben jetzt schon mehrmals einen Hüttenurlaub im Sommer in Österreich gemacht aber bisher hatten wir nie so einen tollen Vermieter, hier sind wirklich 5 Sterne + noch zu wenig!!!
